  • The Intensive is a single 90-minute deep-dive- perfect if you want clarity on one specific pattern or want to experience working with me first. The full reset is the full 8-week transformation where I personally guide you through the entire RESET Method with weekly calls and the complete programme.

  • Therapy often works top-down (mind → body). This works bottom-up (body → mind). We focus on your nervous system, your somatic patterns, and your biology — not just your thoughts. I'm not a therapist and this isn't therapy. It's a body-led, trauma-informed coaching method that helps you rewire patterns at the level where they actually live: your nervous system.

    The full RESET is available on a payment plan of 3 × £777. If that's still a stretch, start with the £222 Intensive — it's a complete session, not a taster.

    I also offer a self-paced programme at £888 if you prefer to go at your own pace which is also a full transformation just with out me by your side but you do get access to the reset club during so you get to be apart of a community!

  • All sessions are via Zoom/ Google Meets and recorded so you can rewatch. We meet at the same time each week. Between sessions, full RESET clients get on-going support where you can message me when a pattern surfaces or when you have a breakthrough.

  • Every woman's journey is different, but my clients typically experience: deep awareness of the patterns running their life, a daily regulation practice they actually use, rewritten beliefs that used to hold them back, embodied confidence (not performed), and a life structured around their biology instead of against it.
